How oftren can you make a backup

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA: Backup frequency is limited. You can not make another backup right

You can only have one backup process running at a time. So part of the time till your next backup opportunity will be dependent on the size of your instance. Plus on cloud there is another restriction which limits you to waiting 48h after your backup has completed. See https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/exporting-issues-776636787.html.
