With the new licensing model, does this effect confluence lisencing?
Will you still need to have a user in confluence to access Knowledge Base as a customer through Service Desk?
As far as I could see in Atlassian website, Confluence licensing continues the same:
If the JIRA users are integrated with Confluence and all of them access Confluence, then you must have the same number of licensed users between both apps.
