How do I extract leave information entered into Portfolio?

Nicole Downes March 18, 2018

Using JIRA Portfolio, I can enter periods of time when staff are unavailable to a project or a plan (i.e. leave).  Is there a way I can extract this information to make a leave report.  Export to excel or csv is fine.

Hi @Nicole,

Portfolio doesn't have a dedicated report for team's leave but we released a new team management API in beta. With the API you could either populate or extract team management data programmatically. Check out the docs here

Please let me know your thoughts,

Cheers,

As for exports, it appears you can only export the scope or release reports to csv.

there is a capacity report, but that will not give you the data you are looking for.

recommend us in a tool like tempo time sheets in Jira to track time, for those kind of reports.

Thanks for your efforts, but Tempo is not a viable option for my team at this time.  I was hoping for a jql query type solution.
