How do I disable Serveice Desk star ratings?

Is there a way for administrators to disable the Service Desk star rating feature?

It looks like it could be a useful tool, but we would like to implement it on our own timeline as we smooth out our transitions into using your Service Desk utility.

  1. Go to the project administration page
  2. Click on Satisfaction on the left side
  3. Turn it off
