If you have Software Developments skills then you can do this by writing an Atlassian Connect addon and add a new Tab Panel.

Hi Sneha, I believe this is not possible to configure on JIRA Cloud due the restrictions of the environment. We had this ticket raised to the dev team, but It was closed due priority reasons I think:

The workaround for that would be creating a specific plugin for that, I believe...
