How can I setup Jira, on Debian ARM

Hi,

I am experimenting with the various products made by Atlassian, and since I have a RPI laying around, I thought that it was interesting to see how would they run on such small computer.

I did install a fresh build of Debian Wheezy Release 7.11

I did get the tar.gz, decompressed and installed the JDK (version 9-ea); but when I start Jira, I get an error:

"Wrong JVM Version! You are running with java version "9-ea".. but JIRA requires at least 1.8 to run.

Is there a way to install JIRA on armhf build of Debian? I did read that the open Java version won't work with Jira, so I was wondering if it is even possible to install any of the Atlassian products on a raspberry pi at all. Thanks

With a lot of kicking, you can make JIRA run on a Pi2.  It's not worth it, it's too slow to be usable.  I haven't tried a Pi3 yet.
