How can I see all recipients of Jira emails?

I would like all users receiving a JIRA email to see everyone else who is receiving the same email.  I understand JIRA cannot do this.  Are there any third party apps that can enable this?  Not having this pretty much destroys our communication workflow in my organization.

Go to JIRA Adminstration > Systems, the find the Send email option at the mail Menu.

You can try sending an emai to all the members of jira-users, jira-core or users depending of the group that all users have

Sorry... what i mean is... When I update a ticket I get an email... and so do the watchers, subscribers, etc.  But none of us can see who got the email because they get sent out individually, not as a group email.  I want to see, in the email, a list of everyone to whom the email is sent.
