I have this haunting JIRA task that has been closed /done but yet it still shows up on our daily JIRA Ticket Notification Assistant emails. Does anyone have any inside on how I may disable this old task from notifying us? This is the only task thats giving us issues.
Could you please share the filter on which your daily JIRA Ticket Notification subscription is based?
Look it up here: Issues->Manage Filters
It might be possible that ticket just fits filter conditions. Just a guess, resolution is not set.
