How can I grant deletion for only one workflow step?

I try to grant deletion to creator for only one workflow step (draft)?

I tried those properties :

jira.permission.delete.creator : granted

jira.permission.close.reporter : granted

But none worked.

Can you help me please?

With workflow properties, you cannot grant permissions that doesn't already exist. You can only deny/remove what is already there.

In your case, you will have to grant delete in the project permissions and deny it on all statuses other than this one.
