How can I embed a "TDS://" URL's in JIRA ?

I have my test plans in Quality center and want to create a link back to them in JIRA.

The QC links are exposed using TDS:// format. How can I embed them into JIRA as a LINK ?

Thank you for the plugin suggestion. I am not familiar with that plugin. Will give it a try.
