How can I delete the default project shortcuts

Hi guys,

when creating new JIRA Business projects there are automatically created two 'project shortcuts' too 

  • Project management with JIRA
  • Business projects basics

I've want to know if there is an option where those shortcuts wont even created initially, since not all of our users speak english. 

I'm aware that every project administrator has the permission to delete those links. But this would be an additional effort.
