If you are trying to configure what fields are available for an Epic, please follow this guide's section on "Configuring a screen's tabs and fields" https://confluence.atlassian.com/jira/defining-a-screen-185729487.html with regard to your Epic issue type.  An Epic in your instance may infact be using the same screen and field configuration as other issue types so you will need to look into that before potentially changing the screen. You will need administrator permissions to change screens.

If you are trying to change the subset of fields shown on a Board with a row selected that shows the Issue Details View on the right, please follow this guide: https://confluence.atlassian.com/agile/jira-agile-user-s-guide/configuring-a-board/configuring-the-issue-detail-view.  You will need Board administrator permissions to edit the Board's configuration.

Thank you for answer

I meant how do I change the list of columns in EPIC (issues in epic). When I open an epic than I see all epic issues  but I need to know how can I edit the content in this view (add/remove columns)

Thank you
