The easiest way for the Cloud is to create a "Template Project" and a "Template Board" - then when you need to create a new project/board you just make a copy of each and rename them.
There is a bit of work that will need to be done - update the board query, update some of the project information, but that should really reduce the amount of work you have to do if you've been building things from scratch.
