How can I add organization to the service desk? Or is there another way to handle this?

We have multiple organizations using our software but I  need to be able to have one person from each organization see all issues posted only for their organization.

Hi @Diane Findlay,

is your requirement that only one person from each organization sees all issues or is it also fine if all users from that organization can see the issues?

The second one would be the default behaviour of Jira Service Desk when an issue is shared with an organization. See also the docs for managing organizations or adding request participants.

You might also be able to use Automation for Jira as detailed in this question.
