I would like to know which component (issue category for my purposes) takes the longest to resolve weekly, monthly yearly, on average etc.
However, all of the dashboard gadget for time do not allow filtering by component.
You can create a Dashboard with multiple Resolution Time gadget, one per issue category ...
Yes, I thought of this, but I have 20 components per team. Just not realistic long term, or for overall reporting. Thank you though.
