Hiding Sub-task from people who are not assigned and mentioned in custom fields

Hello,

We want to hide Sub-tasks from people who do not need to know and be informed about them. Only group mentioned in Sub-task's custom single group picker field called "Operativ team" and Sub-task's single user picker field "Anforderer" need to have Sub-task visible.

Is that possible somehow? I would really appreciate any help on this matter.
