Hi,

We have an issue with time-sheet data in Jira. Efforts for "Friday(s)" are not getting reflected despite proper submission.

For some cases, the efforts submitted for "Friday" are getting reflected under "Saturday" or "Sunday", and in some cases those efforts are not reflected at all. Just for the records, this issue has been observed for recent as well as older time-sheets.

Attached are some screenshots for your reference. Please look into this issue and resolve it on priority. Do let me know if you need more details.

It seems something has gone wrong in JIRA/Tempo because of which input data has been improperly shifted to unintended dates. For example, inputs for Friday have shifted to Sunday.
Please look into this and do the needful.

Thanks,
Sanil

Use this link, Atlassian Support Landing Page, select your product type and fill out the relevant information.  Also, if you think the problem is coming from a plugin, find their support page from the plugin's Market Place listing.

While it sounds like you may want to open a support ticket, here are a couple of things to check.  In the JIRA configurations, under Time Tracking, verify that the correct number of working days and hours per day are configured correctly.  Under the TimeSheet configurations, check to see what your Weekend Type is set to.  The last (simple) thing to check is on the Agile Board itself.  In the Board Configuration, check to see what Standard Working Days are set and verify that the Time Zone is set correctly as well.  If none of those help, I would probably recommend opening a support ticket.
