Hi all,

We are evaluating Git Integration Plugin latest version on a JIRA server 6.4.11.

What should be indicated in the field "Repository root"? We are trying to use Git Integration plugin to connect to a Gitblit server, which is not on the JIRA server machine. Does Git Integration plugin needs Gitblit to be installed on the JIRA server?

Thanks,

Fred

Hi Fred,

What should be indicated in the field "Repository root"?

This is a folder on JIRA server machine containing a clone of your repository.

But I advice you to use the standard wizard (http://screencloud.net/v/2jdn) and ignore "Advanced setup". In this case Git Plugin clones your repository and initializes field "Repository root" by itself.

no, it doesn't.
