Get Email if issue is updated/commented/assignee changed without detailed information

Hi,

we want to get an reporter notificated if something is changed on his ticket without detailed information WHAT changed?

For example:

  • Issue changed from unassigned to assigned
    • Mail like this "Your ticket has changed"

 

Is this possible with on board tools?

Patrick,

 

You can setup a notification scheme to catch all updates on an issue, and then manually modify the various templates on the server to match what you like.

 

However, this is very error prone, and not easy to do. There are various plugins available on the marketplace which can make your life easier if you want to do this.
