Find issues with duplicate field value

we have some issues in one project with a custom field for an external id. Now we want to get a filter (or something similar) to check whether there are two or more issues with the same field value.

No, such a JQL function exist as if now.

1.Like export issue key and custom fields you are looking for in excel or 2.Try DB query
