Filter changes

Is there anyway i can filter previous week to current week and know the changes on status and last update.

Thanks for your answer. 

Here what i want to do.

Previous Filter

I got filter project in (Servicedesk 1, Servicedesk 2 ) AND created > startOfWeek(-1w) AND created < endOfWeek(-1w).

I want to show the change on status and last update on my Previous Filter and my current filter.

On any date field you can write a JQL like.

created >= -1w AND created <= 1w
