FieldLayoutItem has no orderableField set!

Hello!
I am trying to export Table Grid Editor custom field as a part of my issue, but the export fails with NPE. I found the reason: FieldLayoutItem that is passed to TGE custom field type and view template has no orderableField set. That causes NPE. How can I work it out?
