As of about a week ago, one of our two users on JIRA Cloud was unable to log in. Error shown is "Failure in the Atlassian Cloud authentication system." We tried resetting his password, then logging in, error is the same. Now, as of two days ago I cannot log in either, error is the same. So we have completely lost access. I had a suppport ticket into Atlassian but have not heard back after several days. Is anyone else experiencing this, and is there a workaround, or a fix in the works?
We had the same problems but it went away. I would suggest contacting Atlassian support with exact user details on support.atlassian.com
