Existing Attachment

Scenario:

• You have related issues
• Issues have attachments (pdf, etc.)

Is there a way to "reuse" the (existing) attachment(s) - instead of uploading (the same) files for each related issue?

Hi Ed,

In Server it may be possible to permalink to the attachment, however, in Cloud since there is no backend access that would allow this on the Cloud side.

You can definitely create a JAC ticket for this functionality and then you can link the ticket here so other members of the Community can vote on it and add impact.
