Error when accessing Activity tabs on Issues screen as anonymous user

When accessing the Issues screen and trying to click on either All, Worklog, History or Activity tabs under the Activities Heading we get the error below. This does not happen when viewing Comments. This only happens when accessing JIRA as an anonymous user.

Step 2: is there any error messages into atlassian-jira.log?
