Error when I create a backup from the administration panel.

Hello. When I'm trying to create a backup from the administration panel. I'm receiving the following message.  Error exporting data: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericTransactionException: Error occurred while rolling back transaction. (Protocol violation)

Please, anyone knows how to solve this?
