Error under Source Tab in JIRA

JIRA and Bitbucket are integrated and I'm able to see the commit details under Development panel, but we are seeing this error in JIRA issue Source tab and and unable to see any source file details under Source tab in JIRA

Unfortunately we are on the developer side and can't access to the server logs. There is another answer says Source tab is deprecated https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/326014 and we are using JIRA 6.3.12 and Bitbucket 4.3.2. Is it true that Source tab is no longer populate data from Bitbucket?

Can you check your application links to see if there are any errors? Also, what is the error in JIRA application logs when you see this error?
