Error message

When I add a file, each pop-up error, such as images，

But after I closed error message, click the Commit button after upload successfully

I'm afraid I can only read English, so I don't know what the second part of that error message is.

However, the first part usually means that there is something wrong with the file storage.  The usual problem is that the permissions on the file system are incorrect.  I'd take a look at the log file to see exactly where the write is going wrong.
