Hello,

Does anyone know what this error means?

I keep getting it in the logs:

/rest/greenhopper/1.0/xboard/issue/details.json [c.atlassian.ozymandias.SafePluginPointAccess] Unable to run plugin code because of 'com.atlassian.jira.util.dbc.Assertions$NullArgumentException - config should not be null!'.

We recently upgraded our JIRA from 6.4 to 7.2.

Thanks,

Cynthia

We recently migrated our JIRA from 6.1.1 to 7.12.3

The same error occurred!

In backlog there is missing Issue details on the right frame of the backlog page!

Any help would be appreciated!

We are preparing new JIRA for production!

I'm not sure it's 7.2.2 that has bugs.  These errors strongly suggest that you have an add-on that is not working properly.

Could you

  1. Check that all your add-ons are valid for this version
  2. give us a little bit more of the log - the warnings/errors before your snippet might tell us a lot more.
