I'm try to resolve this problem by this solution
https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshooting-jira-startup-failed-error-394464512.html

delete all plug-in cache

        /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/plugins/.osgi-plugins/*

- Add value  “-Datlassian.plugins.enable.wait=300”  in setenv.sh of java environment.

      /usr/atlassian/jira/bin/setenv.sh

- Increase value of  “JVM_MAXIMUM_MEMORY="4096m" in setenv.sh java environment.

               /usr/atlassian/jira/bin/setenv.sh

- Delete  .lock file

      /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/.jira-home.lock

- Delete jira-software-application.properties

   /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/plugins/install-app-info

** But. Solution not resolve problem in first start service.

I’ll stop service jira again and delete    /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/.jira-home.lock  file again.

And start jira service again.  ( restart service 2 time. )

Please fix this bug of this version.

You have not told us what "bug" you are expecting to be fixed here, or what the log file says about the failure to start.

pramote soongkitboon September 19, 2016

I'm already post 'bug' in step 2.

I' can't start service of JIRA.  It's show error message " JIRA Startup Failed"

on post

Now, I'm copy my catalina log from my server for you.

I can't see any bug in there, just a set of plugins that aren't loading.  I would try

  • Stop JIRA
  • Move all the user-installed add-ons from the "installed plugins" directory to somewhere safe (give us a list of all the files in there if you're not sure which ones are user-installed)
  • Clean the plugin cache again as you did before
  • Restart

Does that fail too?

pramote soongkitboon September 19, 2016

I'm try to remove the "installed plugins" directory and clean plugin cache before start service again.

yes, It's can start JIRA service.

That mean all add-on in list

not support JIRA this version.?

Only solution is: Wait for Atlassian staff upgrade all add-on for this version.  yes/no ?

No, the list you've got is just stuff that has not started, which can happen for various reasons.

What I'm asking you to do is remove all the add-ons you have installed on it, so that we can see that the main system starts ok (or not)

pramote soongkitboon September 20, 2016

YES, JIRA can start after remove all add-ons.

Ok, so now add them back, one at a time, and see which one(s) stop it from starting.
