Error When Trying To Import Test Cases Using Zephyr Importer Tool

Hi

I am using a JIRA On demand service and using zephyr to manage our tests. We are attempting to use the importer to get a load of business tests quickly into JIRA.

We have in the recent past been able to do this. However, now whenever we try and use the importer the error I get is -

Tue Oct 11 13:09:01 BST 2016 Unable to add testcase ending at rowNumber - 124. Error:Unexpected response code: 404

I have read some of the other posts about regenerating API Keys (which I have done) and also I am a sys admin, despite this I am still getting the error.

 

Any thoughts?

Hi Matthew,

With respect to the new updates being pushed to Zephyr for Jira cloud, you might be ran into these errors.
Please download the latest ZFJ importer utility jar v-0.38 from the link below 
https://bitbucket.org/zfjdeveloper/zfj-importer/downloads

Use this latest importer utility to import the test cases and let us know if the issue persists.
