I have been creating templates using the JETI plugin, however whenever I input the status field it only displays the status the issue is currently in. Can someone please tell me how to display the status the issue transitioned from with a red background and a strike through and the current status the issue transitioned to in green?

Hi Kristen,
Please create a template based on the Issue Updated JIRA template (you can select it in the dropdown when adding new templates). Use this template it in the Email This Issue postfunction or event notification.
It will show all fields as diffs like you described.
Or do you only need to have the status as rendered with the old value?
