Email Notification by change an issue to status closed will not be send

In my Default Notification Scheme, I use for event issue closed, the notification by email to issue author.

Only for this event the notification isn't working, all other events are working well.

check if this event is well used in your workflow transition and, in addition, check your notification scheme.

If this event isn ot working it can be:

• The notification scheme linked to the project has no people added in this event.
• The event has no valid email template linked.
• The event is not well placed in all closed transitions.
• The outgoing mail is disabled.
• The notification is sent to an incorrect email address.

Is there any error or any clue in the Jira logs?
