EULA/Ts&Cs on Login for JIRA

Hi

We would like to be able to get users who login to JIRA to accepts out companies terms and conditions when it comes to using the system.

Now I know there is a plugin that is what we need for Confluence called Terms and Conditions (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.glintech.confluence.termsandconditions.termsandconditions/server/overview) but this does not work for JIRA or there is no version for JIRA.

Do you have any suggestions in ways this can be accomplished within JIRA?

Thanks

Adam

I use Announcer for JIRA for that sort of thing. Works well, not terribly expensive. It's like the annoucement banner, but with more options. You can view who acknowledged the messages and set exclusion rules so that specific groups don't have to answer, etc...
