By default JIRA does not have a calendar like one you would find in Outlook or similar applications beside the Jira Issue Calendar gadget that can be placed on a dashboard. If that does not need your needs then there are a number of plugins that provide calendar functionality in JIRA and can be found in the Atlassian Marketplace.
