You could try commenting or voting on the suggestion / question on Flowdock's own issue tracker here: https://flowdock.uservoice.com/forums/36827-general/suggestions/17372401-add-support-for-confluence-server-version-5-10-x-a

They are probably more likely to answer there than on this forum.
