This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: JIRA Software Labs

Hi Support,

Do you have Kanban Backlog available for on-premise JIRA (JIRA Server)?

If you use JIRA Software, that includes Scrum and Kanban boards. In most cases, the on-premises Server instance of JIRA has more capabilities than Cloud (more plugins, deeper configuration...)

JIRA native features generally are rolled out the Cloud versions months before the Server version.
