We're wondering what is best practice for including BAU and training requirements in a sprint.
For eg, if the allocation is 70% dev and 30% BAU / Continuous improvement / Training, the dev tickets will be pulled from the product backlog JIRA project onto the scrum board. Where should the other 30% sit? Should there be a BAU / CI / Training project which various scrums use? How is the 30% 'slack' built into a sprint? Sometimes some of this 30% won't have been created when the sprint starts.
Any advice appreciated?
