Date User Story was Added to a Version

Sheila O' Sullivan April 12, 2016

Is there any way in JIRA to determine when User Stories were added to a Version? During our current Version, we have noticed that new User Stories have been added but JIRA doesn't give you an easy way of determining what was added. Our Release Burndown report is telling us that 87 story points were added to the version - but I can't see any way of figuring out which User Stories make up these new 87 stories.

You can use JQL to find out issues where fixVersion was changed after a given time. For example:

fixVersion = "you current version" and fixVersion changed after -1w

This will tell you whether the current version was added within the last one week. You ca change the period to match with the starting of the version.
