Dashboard Widgets Disappeared

We have a Jira dashboard with All-In-One Reports widgets that were working properly on Friday. When we loaded the dashboard today (Monday), it says:

This gadget cannot be displayed on your dashboard. This could be due to a licensing problem or an application error. If you need this gadget, contact your administrator for assistance. Otherwise, you can remove it from your dashboard.

I've checked the license in the Add On manager and it says our All-In-One Reports license is valid for JIRA Cloud. It there a way I can further troubleshoot this issue? We are no longer seeing any All-In-One Reports widgets in the list of available dashboard widgets either.
