Can anyone tell me if the latest version of Tempo Timeline is somewhat customizable?
In previous versoin on the classic view a lot more information was displayed when you click on an issue in the timeline. For example, collaborators, epic issue list, and more importantly for now the "Planned by" field. Is there a way to customize which issue fields to display on the "Edit plan" sidebar?
Second, is there a way to customize timeline issue bar colors that span a longer period? By default now we have a lot of white bars, that are sometimes overlooked. Making them blue/green/whatever (like before) is more noticable. Also the background color of days that do not fit into the member work schedule is no longer darker gray, which makes it unclear to see that a team member is not working a specific day.
The timeline is not customizable in Tempo Planner but might be in the future. In the next release (3.2.2) we are currently working on - all these details you've asked for will be shown in the sidebar, e.g. Planned by and collaborators.
I will look into the colors and customization with my team and see if this is something we will offer in the future releases.

Ok thanks. It would probably already be an improvement if the project color is not just the small label on the planned bar, but instead the total background color of the bar. The new look is clean, but also seperation between lanes and distinction between planned items is less visible and information provided is less. I guess maybe I should submit some feature requests if you have the option. Will check it out.
I've forwarded your feedback to our designers and we'll discuss what we can do to improve the readability of the timeline and visibility of plans. As I said previously, we are going to display a lot more information about plan details in the next version and we've already started working on that. That being said, I really like to hear from you what you'd like to see regarding information on plans - so please submit feature request if you have any. This is great! Thanks - I'll reply to your feedback there. People have different requests for color schemes and customization, so there are some open tickets there that you might find interesting. This is our external support system where I gather all customer feedback for Tempo Planner, but it does not include all the features, so you're request might not be there. If you can't find you the feature you'd like to see there - please create another feature or comment on a similar feature you'd like to see implemented but include how you'd like to see the feature. You can also vote on features there. I can't find your exact request in our customer's JIRA so I recommend that you create you're own request so others can vote on it.
