Custom fields problem in Easy Issue Templates

Hello, 

Your plugin is great! I love it, because it is very simple and useful. 

Now I'd like do add some custom fields to form in doc, but I still can see only 

$fieldRenderer.renderFieldById("10508") in output file. 

Can you help me? 

My JIRA version 6.2.6 (server) and  Easy Issue Templates v.1.8

I had the same problem, used Notepad++ to change the template instead of MS Word and it worked.
