I would recommend that you contact the vendor or raise a support ticket with Atlassian Support so we can take a closer look at your environment to see if we can help along with the following information: 

  1. When did this issue start happening?
  2. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on?  
  3. support zip
