Currently i am using JIRA for Logging the issues

 But do we have any option in JIRA for writing the test case in JIRA ,

I heard that we can use Zephyr add-on as a test management tool , but the problem here is already we are logging the issues in JIRA and doing sprint planning ,once we  use Zephyr our previous issues can be linked ?

or any addon from Atlassian for JIRA to have Test Management tool.

Yes, you should be able to link one issue type to any other issue type (even from other projects) as long they are visible for you. So you should be able to link e.g. Test Cases to Bugs.

Also can we link the agile planned task to to bugs and test cases ?

Yes, as I said any issue type can be linked to any other issue type as long as both are visible for you.
