I'm trying to setup "Creating issues and comments from email"
I can create the issues & comments from emails but the sender doesn't get any reply from Jira.
Let's say, I send an email to create a issue, the JIRA creates this issue but it doesn't send any acknowledgment to the user. The sender doesn't get the newly created ticket via email. He needs to login to JIRA to check if it's really created or not.
How can I solve this?
