My goal is to close a new HR position in Jira and have that create a new user in Microsoft AD directly based on an Automation For Jira rule.
Looks at the LDAP permissions for the user directory in Jira, you can set it to read/write
Thanks, Stephen. What's the ramifications of that? I am not currently using Atlassian Access but hope to real soon. What impact would that have on Access?

No, apparently that's not available for Cloud. So we are going the Atlassian Access path.
