Despite the native Cloud Jira Mail Handler having been working as expected by polling a service mail box and then duly generating tickets. It stopped working a few days ago. We've checked and despite mail still arriving in the Office 365 mailbox, Jira hasn't created any tickets for 3 days. Please assist as a matter of urgency.

Tony
Hi Tony,
Do you see any errors in your Office365 logs that would indicate a communication error? Seeing as how the Cloud logs are not accessible due to the database restrictions if you can put a ticket in with the Cloud team I would so they can review the logs on the back-end to find out why you're not receiving mail especially since you stated it's been a happening over the last few days.
Cheers,
Branden
Thanks Branden, but it's ok, this is resolved now. It turned out this was an internal issue our end We were told the service mail account wasn't licensed, although we don't know why it was working initially without one, or whether it was a temporary licence that just expired.
Regards
Tony
