I want to create a queue in my service desk. I don't know how can i see just the closed cases.
First i press new queue and then i wirte Closed in the Name then i don't know what i muste write in the second one.
Kan you help me please.

Check out the documentation on setting up queues in Jira Service Desk. It gives you some examples. Simply put, though, you need to use JQL and not just type a word in the box. In your example, try "status = closed" (without the quotes.)
