Could not find "com.atlassian.jira.web.action.project.AddProject" Class in JIRA-7.0.11 API

Hi,

 

We are upgrading JIRA version from 6.3.X version to JIRA-7.0.11, as part of this upgrade process what we observed that, "com.atlassian.jira.web.action.project.AddProject" Class is not available in JIRA-7.0.11.

 

Is it deprecated or deleted? If yes, what will be the alternative class for it, we are not able to find it in JIRA-7.0.11 api. Due to which we are not able to upgrade our custom plugins.
