In Jira, we are now seeing when we create issues, that the activity log is including some information from even before the issue create date (data that doesn't apply to this issue). How can you correct this and identify when this started happening?
You may want to open a ticket with https://support.atlassian.com. This is an atypical situation.
What version of JIRA are you using? Can you post a screenshot or example of the history? It'd be good to see what you mean.
